Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Impress Dental Lab (“Impress Dental Lab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing an impression kit, or ordering a custom dental appliance, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Impress Dental Lab.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are purchasing for personal use
  • Will provide accurate information when completing your order
  • Understand that our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or disable accounts at our discretion.

2. Nature of Our Products

Impress Dental Lab sells direct‑to‑consumer custom dental appliances, including:

  • Snap‑on veneers
  • Partial dentures
  • Mouthguards and nightguards
  • Other custom dental devices

These products are cosmetic or comfort‑based and are not substitutes for professional dental care.

Custom Fabrication

Each appliance is handcrafted based on the impression you provide. Because impressions are consumer‑made, the accuracy of your impression directly affects the fit of your appliance.

Impress Dental Lab is not responsible for fit issues caused by:

  • Distorted or inaccurate impressions
  • Incorrect bite registration
  • Failure to follow impression instructions

We do, however, offer remake options as outlined in our Refund & Warranty Policy.

3. Payments, Billing & Order Cancellations

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at checkout.
  • We accept major credit cards and approved payment plans.
  • Payment plan or credit card surcharges are non‑refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before your appliance enters production.

If canceled during the impression process, refunds will be issued minus:

  • $30 impression kit fee
  • Delivery charges
  • Any payment plan or credit card surcharges

Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Refunds, Returns & Warranty

Our full Refund & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases. Key points include:

Custom Appliances

  • Non‑refundable due to hygiene and custom fabrication.
  • Eligible for one free impression retake and one free remake if the appliance does not fit.
  • Original appliance must be returned within 30 days, unused and undamaged.

Accessories (Non‑Custom Items)

  • Must be unused and returned within 30 days.
  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping deductions.

Warranty Covers

  • Adjustments
  • Breaks, cracks, fractures
  • Partial denture tooth loss

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Loss or theft
  • Discoloration
  • Normal wear
  • Neglect or abuse
  • Hypersensitivity or personal discomfort unrelated to fit

All warranties, returns, and credits are at the sole discretion of Impress Dental Lab.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Turnaround Times

Order Processing

  • Orders ship within 1 business day.
  • No weekend shipping.
  • Tracking information is emailed once shipped.

Impression Kits

  • Delivered based on your selected shipping method.
  • Most kits arrive within a few days.
  • A pre‑paid return label is included for sending impressions back.

Custom Appliance Production

  • Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks after receiving impressions.
  • Delays may occur due to shipping, holidays, or technical issues.

Delivery Disclaimer

Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled due to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier issues
  • Production delays

6. Returns Shipping Requirements

To return an appliance or accessory, mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable or insured service for high‑value items.

Include a packing slip with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and digital assets—is the property of Impress Dental Lab.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Modify or adapt our materials for resale or marketing

Use of our website is limited to legitimate ordering and informational purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

  • Unlawful activity
  • Uploading harmful files or malware
  • Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempts to interfere with website functionality

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Impress Dental Lab is not a dental office.
  • Our products are not medical devices.
  • Our employees are not dentists or physicians.
  • You are responsible for determining whether these products are appropriate for your personal use.
  • You accept full responsibility for the use of these products.
  • You indemnify Impress Dental Lab from any damages or injuries related to their use.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase amount.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information. However:

  • Pricing may change without notice
  • Product descriptions may be updated
  • Website errors or downtime may occur

We are not liable for losses resulting from website inaccuracies or outages.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Purchasing a custom-made dental appliance from Impress Dental Lab is different from buying an off-the-shelf product. Each appliance is handcrafted based on the dental impression you provide—not a direct scan of your mouth. If your appliance doesn’t fit properly, it’s likely due to an inaccurate impression rather than a flaw in craftsmanship. We’re committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality dental products.

Refunds

Due to hygiene standards, custom-made dental appliances are non-refundable. However, we do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your experience.
If your completed appliance doesn’t fit, you’re eligible to retake your impression once at no charge, and we’ll remake your device. To qualify:

*The original appliance must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
*It must show no signs of wear or damage.

If you cancel your order during the impression process, you’ll receive a full refund minus:

*The impression kit fee ($30)
*Delivery charges
*Any payment plan or credit card surcharges

For accessories (non-custom items), returns must be received unused within 30 days of purchase. After inspection, a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

APPLIANCE ADJUSTMENTS & REDOS

If your appliance isn’t fitting quite right, don’t worry—we offer free adjustments within our 30-day warranty. Just email us at support@impressdentallab.com to get started.
Our warranty covers:

*Adjustments
*Breaks, cracks, or fractures
*Partial denture tooth loss

We do not cover issues due to:

*Loss
*Discoloration
*Normal wear
*Neglect or abuse
*Hypersensitivity

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Be sure to include a packing slip with your name, order number, and reason for return.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing, you agree that all warranties, returns, and credits are at the sole discretion of Impress Dental Lab, and total liability is limited to the purchase amount.

You confirm that you’ve consulted with a dentist prior to using these products. You acknowledge that Impress Dental Lab and its employees are not dentists or physicians, and you accept full responsibility for the use of these products, thereby indemnifying Impress Dental Lab from any damages or injuries related to their use.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship orders during weekends. Delivery times for your impression kit depend on your selected shipping method and location, but most kits arrive within a few days.
Once your shipment is on its way, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be delayed. While we strive for prompt service, delivery times are not guaranteed—thank you for your understanding.

Custom Appliance Timeline

Most custom-made dental appliances are completed and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. In rare cases, technical issues or shipping delays may extend this timeframe slightly.

Returning Your Impressions

Your impression kit includes a pre-paid return shipping label. After completing your impressions, simply attach the label to the original Impress Dental Lab box and drop it off at your local mailbox or post office.
